I’m a Toronto-based art director with a strong background in design, creative direction and visual brand strategy.
I currently work as Art Director for the Canadian Chiropractic Association (CCA). The CCA’s vision is: Chiropractors, a part of every Canadian’s health care team. The following shows what I do and the work I’ve done to further that ambitious vision.
I led the visual design of the CCA’s 2021 federal election advocacy micro-site wevegotyourback.ca.
I work with Public Affairs teams to find ways to effectively advance our brand strategy with innovation and consistency in the private and public sector.
Engage with the community to discover new perspectives.
A Hand Up in Hamiltonwas an opportunity for the CCA to give voice to authentic stories that aligned with our organizational values. I worked with my team to generate and deliver positive messaging across print, social and web.
Identify tomorrow's leaders to build the foundation of future initiatives.
The Student Canadian Chiropractic Association (SCCA) presented an opportunity to meet future members of the chiropractic profession. As Art Director, I led the front facing design, user experience and creative rollout of SCCA.ca as well as creating the branding and social presence for the new arm of the association.
Generate ideas that create big impact for brands.
In 2021, the CCA launched A Chiro Was Here—a cohesive digital marketing campaign that included web design and development, search marketing and optimization, targeted social media ads and marketing automation.
Our A Chiro Was Here campaign helped us reach more than 1.25 million users in 2021. Those users clicked our ads, shared our content, commented or liked. Many of them visited our website or completed our ultimate goal—they searched for a local chiropractor on the ‘Find A Chiro’ functionality. Our goal was to shift Canadians from awareness to consideration.
Create real time excitement for live and interactive special events.
At the CCA’s National conference I built creative solutions for a live and hybrid event. As the keeper of the CCA’s brand, I was responsible for elevating and transforming the conference’s strategies and stories into bold and engaging visuals.
Amplify great ideas.
I lead creative direction and layout of the CCA’s member magazine BackMatters. I work with the editorial team to develop high-quality branded content solutions for both print and digital.
Design experiences that earn attention and drive action.
In 2021 I worked on a team tasked to deliver Chiropractium–a CCA member’s-only portal where Canadian chiropractors can access their various member benefits. Working in partnership with a web solutions company, we built an incredible brand experience as well as an ongoing marketing content plan that delivered inspirational content to members.
I am a creative leader with a love for visual story telling who knows how to design for both digital and print, is a pro-active self-starter, pays attention to detail, and is passionate about innovative design.
